Lynley is a style from Karastan's wool line. The construction is tip sheared, so if you look closely you'll see continuous loops and a little bit of a plush look, but it isn't plush — everything is looping.
You can use it anywhere, and on any kind of stairs: straight, U-turn, circular, L-turn, you name it, because it doesn't have a pattern to match.
The density is out of this world, so it won't show wear and it will easily last 30 years. Very good performance.
The colours are great: you have your greys, your greyish tones and beautiful natural colours. The Fine White is not too white and not too creamy — it's just perfect. And it's 100% wool, so it's natural, durable and cleanable.

Lynley is made from 100% New Zealand wool. "Tip sheared" means the surface is a mix of tiny loops with a few of the loop tops trimmed level, which gives a soft, tailored texture. Because it's one solid colour with no pattern, there's nothing to match at seams or on stairs, so it's an easy choice for runners, full stair coverings and curved staircases.
